Disneyland Paris is in Marne-la-Vallée, east of Paris: we get there on the A4 without crossing the city. Travel time varies mostly on weekends and during French school vacations, as you get close to the parks.

For a family with luggage, the van seats up to 7 passengers with their suitcases. Infant seats, child seats and booster seats are available on request when you book; just let us know the children’s ages and weights.

How many passengers per vehicle?

The sedan seats 1 to 3 passengers, the van 4 to 7. With children, count each child as one passenger, even a baby in an infant seat.

Can you pick us up in the evening?

Yes, at the time of your choice. Let us know when you book, along with the name of your hotel.

Does the price change with traffic?

No. The price is set when you book, per vehicle and not per person, and it does not change if the road is busy. Only waiting beyond the 15 minutes included at pickup is billed, at the hourly rate shown above.

Do you have child seats?

Yes, on request when you book: infant seat, child seat or booster. Let us know the children’s ages and weights.

How do I pay, and can you invoice a company?

By card through a secure payment link, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, when booking. We do not accept cash. Invoices can be issued in your company’s name on request.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 and 24 hours, 50% of the price is due; less than 24 hours before pickup, the full price. Details are in our terms and conditions.

Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
