Any order placed with the SERVICE VTC REIMS brand implies acceptance of the sales conditions (hereinafter) which are an integral part of the transport contract signed between SERVICE VTC REIMS and the client.

RESERVATION

  • FOR PRIVATE TRANSPORT, BUSINESS, TRANSFER, AND AVAILABILITY.

Any service must be the subject of a written reservation, accompanied by payment of the price of the intended service.
The price of the service is payable in cash in euros prior to the execution of the service.
Any service reservation must be made no later than 24 hours before the start of the service.
It must be made by the client or by an authorized representative.
Any reservation must mention the location of the service, the number of passengers, and the name and contact details of the beneficiary if different from those of the client.

  • FOR CUSTOMIZED QUOTES, EVENTS.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a quote corresponding to the provided elements.
This quote, as part of a confirmation of services, must be returned to us, dated, signed, accepted, and returned by mail or email, in order to respect both parties.
The firm reservation of the vehicle concerning our services (CUSTOMIZED QUOTES, EVENTS) will only be taken into account upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the amount indicated on the quote. The balance must be paid 15 days before the service. For Tourism, Events transport, any cancellation by the client must be notified 15 days before the start of the service. For any reservation canceled less than 15 days before the service, 100% of the amount will be invoiced. The reservation by agreement or others will be accepted only for major accounts.

RATES


The rates communicated by our booking module are indicative and may vary depending on the period or desired time. To obtain confirmation of rates, please make a REQUEST FOR A QUOTE.
The transfer rate applies to direct travel without stops from the pick-up point to the destination, with the service ending immediately afterward. The quantity of luggage transported is proportional to the capacity of the vehicle.
The prices indicated are all-inclusive and include the vehicle, driver service, insurance for passengers, and fuel. Tolls and parking not initially planned in the route remain the responsibility of the client.
The given price corresponds to a price per vehicle, regardless of the number of people (maximum from 1 to 4 people for sedans).
Note that all photos communicated on our documents and website are for illustrative purposes and are not contractual.

In case of delay during pick-up, a supplement will be applied and payable to the driver according to the following scale:

– Delay of less than 30 minutes: no supplement
– Delay of 30 to 60 minutes: 30 €
– Delay of 60 to 120 minutes: 60 €.

Beyond 120 minutes of delay, the transport will be canceled, and no refund can be demanded. Compensation fees of €100 will then be sent to the user via the issuance of an invoice.

In case of delay without prior communication during an airport pick-up, a supplement will be applied and payable to the driver according to the following scale:

– Delay of less than 60 minutes: no supplement
– Delay of 60 minutes to 120 minutes: 60 €.

Beyond 120 minutes of delay, the transport will be canceled, and no refund can be demanded. Compensation fees of €100 will then be sent to the user via the issuance of an invoice.

MODIFICATION


Any modification/cancellation of the order must be made as soon as possible by phone or in writing before the execution of the service.
In case of modification of the order, the client will be charged the supplement for the service calculated from the scale used as the basis for the order; the details of these additional costs will then be expressly indicated on a new quote.

CANCELLATION


In case of order cancellation by the client, and unless in case of force majeure, our company will invoice cancellation fees as damages.

– More than 7 days before departure: no fees
– From 7 to 2 days before departure: 50% of the quote amount
– Less than 48 hours before the scheduled date: 100% of the quote amount.

SERVICE


The service is valid only once, and if it turns out that the client is not present at the meeting point, the service will be permanently lost and will not entitle to any refund.
If the client cannot find the driver, he must immediately call the Service VTC Reims company to avoid being charged the full amount of the service.
Any waiting time, beyond a ten-minute franchise for direct booking or thirty minutes for a flat rate, will be billed at the hourly rate mentioned in our rates for the reserved vehicle category.
Any started additional hour will be due in full.
Any damage caused inside the vehicle will be the responsibility of the client.
Smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.
Wearing a seat belt is mandatory.
Under no circumstances can the client demand that the driver exceed the authorized speed limit or commit traffic violations.
The responsibility of our drivers being engaged during the rental period of the vehicle, they are instructed to respect and enforce the laws in force.
The driver designated by Service VTC Reims reserves the right to interrupt the ongoing service if he realizes that the client commits an offense, for example, the use of narcotics, alcohol, or if the
