The hotel occupies a former fire station from the 1920s, across from the cathedral. The city center is easy to explore on foot; the great Champagne houses are a 30- to 40-minute walk away, or 5 minutes by car.

Frequently asked questions
Which house is closest to the hotel?
Mumm and Taittinger, about 2 km away: 5 minutes by car, or a good half hour on foot. Pommery and Veuve Clicquot are only slightly farther; Ruinart, at 2.4 km, is the farthest.
Can we walk to the cathedral?
Yes, it is right across from the hotel, a 3-minute walk. Your chauffeur is there for the Champagne houses and the vineyards.
Can you pick us up after the visit?
Yes. The return is a second ride, at the same price as the way there (€30 (~$35 USD) by sedan): your chauffeur drops you off, then comes back at the agreed time. If your chauffeur needs to stay on site, that is chauffeur service by the day, from €280 (~$315 USD) for a half day.
Can you pick us up at Paris-CDG?
Yes: €230 (~$255 USD) by sedan, €340 (~$380 USD) by van, from your terminal to the hotel. 30 minutes of waiting are included after your scheduled landing; with flight tracking (€35 (~$40 USD)), we follow your actual landing time, with 2 hours of waiting included.
Can we bring back some Champagne?
Yes. When you book, tell us how many suitcases you have and how many cases of Champagne you expect to bring back, and we will plan the right vehicle. With more than two large suitcases, we will suggest the van.
What about getting back in the evening, after dinner?
Between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., there are two ways: at a time set when you book, €60 (~$65 USD) by sedan; or when you are ready, €80 (~$90 USD): send us a message, and your chauffeur is at the door 30 minutes later, with messages accepted until 1 a.m.
How do I pay, and can you invoice a company?
By card through a secure payment link, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, when booking. We do not accept cash. The invoice can be issued in your company’s name.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the price is due; less than 24 hours before, the full price. Details are in our terms and conditions.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request when you book: infant seat, child seat or booster seat. Let us know the children’s ages and weights.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
