A chauffeur for the day
Your chauffeur stays with you from house to house, for up to 8 hours in Champagne, and drives you back to your hotel in the evening: €1040 (~$1160 USD) by sedan, €1300 (~$1450 USD) by van, for the whole vehicle. Visits and tastings are paid directly to the houses.

Leaving the hotel
At the agreed time, your chauffeur waits for you in the lobby, holding a sign with your name, and takes care of your bags. 15 minutes of waiting are included; beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments, rounded up.

We leave Paris heading east and take the A4 highway all the way to Reims. In normal traffic, the drive takes about 2 hours; at rush hour, getting out of Paris can stretch it to 2 hr 30 min or 3 hours. We factor this in when we set your departure time with you.
The price does not change with traffic. For Épernay, allow about ten minutes more; that ride is priced on request, as is the one to the Royal Champagne in Champillon.

What time should we leave the Ritz for an 11 a.m. visit in Reims?
Around 8 a.m. The drive takes about 2 hours in normal traffic, but getting out of Paris in the morning can stretch it to 2 hr 30 min or 3 hours. We set the time with you when you book.
Can you drive us straight to Épernay?
Yes, priced on request: allow about ten minutes more than for Reims. We reply with a fixed price within 2 hours during the day.
Can we go there and back in one day?
Yes: that is two rides, each at the one-way price (€280 (~$315 USD) by sedan). Your chauffeur drops you off in Reims, leaves, and comes back for you at the agreed time. If your chauffeur stays with you in Champagne, for up to 8 hours, that is the Champagne day trip from Paris, at €1040 (~$1160 USD) by sedan.
Can you drop us at the airport at the end of the day?
Yes, priced on request: the day then ends at Paris-CDG or Orly instead of at your hotel. Give us your flight time when you book.
Can we bring back some Champagne?
Yes. When you book, tell us how many suitcases you have and how many cases of Champagne you expect to bring back, and we will plan the right vehicle. With more than two large suitcases, we will suggest the van.
How do I pay, and can you invoice a company?
By card through a secure payment link, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer, when booking. We do not accept cash. The invoice can be issued in your company’s name.
Can I cancel?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup. Between 48 and 24 hours before, 50% of the price is due; less than 24 hours before, the full price. Details are in our terms and conditions.
Do you have child seats?
Yes, on request when you book: infant seat, child seat or booster seat. Let us know the children’s ages and weights.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
